Mandate Lead Fiduciary (40-100%)

We are looking for an experienced, responsible personality as a mandate lead.

Your tasks

  • Independent management of your own SME client portfolio
  • Responsibility for financial accounting, financial statements and VAT returns
  • Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements
  • Tax consulting as well as preparing and reviewing tax returns (individuals & legal entities)
  • Professional contact person for clients, authorities and insurances
  • Professional support and coaching of fiduciary clerks (depending on experience)

Your profile

  • Further training in the fiduciary field (e.g. fiduciary with federal certificate or in training)
  • Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
  • Confident handling of annual financial statements and tax matters
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • High customer orientation and sense of responsibility
  • Very good German (spoken and written)
Location Rorschach

Fiduciary Clerk (40-100%)

We are looking for a reliable and committed personality.

Your tasks

  • Maintain financial accounting for SMEs
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Assist with annual financial statements
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
  • Payroll accounting including social insurances
  • General administrative fiduciary tasks
  • Direct contact with clients, authorities and insurances

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training (KV or equivalent)
  • Further training in fiduciary services is an advantage
  • Professional experience in fiduciary services desirable
  • Independent, structured and precise way of working
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Very good German (spoken and written)
Location Zurich or Rorschach

Marketing Internship (3-12 months, 60-100%)

To expand our brands and communication, we are looking for a motivated personality.

Your tasks

  • Collaborate on marketing and communication projects
  • Support in creating content for website, social media and newsletters
  • Maintain and further develop our online presence
  • Help with employer branding and recruiting campaigns
  • Create simple graphics, presentations and marketing materials
  • Support planning and execution of campaigns
  • Analyze marketing measures and evaluate KPIs

Your profile

  • Ongoing or completed studies / training in marketing, communication, media, business or comparable
  • Interest in online marketing, social media and digital tools
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Creativity, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Very good German (spoken and written)
  • Good MS Office skills; knowledge of Canva, Adobe or social media tools is an advantage
